If you have been prescribed new or have changed medications, have a recent hospitalization, doctor or emergency room visit, recovering from an illness, surgery, respiratory or heart disease, stroke, diabetes, or any other diagnosis, have a new or old wound and it requires a taxing effort to leave your home, you may qualify for home health care.
